We had a great experience with this company and we are looking to have them do some future projects. We had windows and sliding glass door installed, as well as new siding and gutter. Our house looks great.
The initial meeting for an estimate was low-pressure compared to a competitor (who offered us a special deal, but only if we said yes on the spot), so that was nice. They told us how many weeks it would take to receive the windows from the manufacturer, and (with a nudge from us because we were going to leave town) they were able to do the installation in the target week. The installation took a day and a half. They were pleasant to interact with and left everything ship-shape. So far, no problems with the windows. My only worry was that the line of windows they use, Vinyl Kraft, doesn’t seem to be one of the biggest names and was hard to find ratings on. But they have the same features as other brands and they’re working well for us.
